You are missing detailed documentation, retry with
davmailservice install
or
sc create DavMail binPath= \path\to\davmailservice.exe type= own start= auto

Sure, but this will only start an existing service, not register a new one.

To get more detailed console output, ask the Jsmooth author ;-)
