#75 reflect connectivity in dock icon

The exchange server I'm forced to use is very flaky, and often times out or rejects authentication. It would be nice the the dock icon greyed out if the last attempt to access the exchange server failed, and returned to yellow when access was restored.

Well, offline status is already visible in the tray icon.

I'm not talking about offline/not reachable. The server is reachable, but not accepting authentication. My mail client checks mail every 15 minutes, and I'm lucky if it works 3 times a day. Maybe another color for authentication issues? Orange, maybe?

Very specific requirement, will not implement, except if someone provides a patch.
