#69 Clean up false headers in Exchange 2003 ActiveSync SentMails

There is an issue with Server ActiveSync on Exchange 2003 servers, which is well described in this Blog:

Apple Mail shows the same weird behavior with mails sent from an mobile device (e.g. iPhone).
There is a solution only for Entourage by using an AppleScript. This doesn't work with Apple Mail.app :-(
It would be cool if DavMail could manage the error handling. So DavMail checks all sent mails for these false header entries while receiving from Exchange AND deletes this rubbish out of the mail's source code before delivering it to the IMAP client.

Is this possible? Would be great!!!!!!!!!!!! :-)

Looks like this issue does not exist on Exchange 2007, will need an Exchange 2003 test account to reproduce
