#103 Fix SWT tray error on 64bit systems

All you need is this:
catch(UnsatisfiedLinkError e){davGatewayTray=null;}
in line 253 of DavGatewayTray.java

This fixes an error occuring on 64bit Windows.

Looks like this issue was fixed a while ago...
Anyway I will probably soon drop SWT completely.
