#737 Davmail 6.0.0 not compatible with the last version of Java for windows

Davmail does not seem to be compatible with the last version of java 8.0.3010.9 for windows. When launching davmail the error " a suitable version of Java could not be found on your system, whereas the above mentioned version of Java is installed on my system.

some for me and actually this issue now exists since years and nobody solved it. Especially troublesome as the default download on sourceforge is set to be the 64bit version.

same problem on windows 10. I have added to system %PATH% C:\Program F
iles\Java\jre1.8.0_301\bin and launched davmail.jar instead of davmail64.exe, it's ok now.

No answer to this ticket and no fix since August 2021 is not promising that anybody will fix this soon. Seems to be no priority.
