#661 InternalServerError when inviting someone to an event (Office365)

For the last few weeks I've been getting an error each time I try to create a multi-recipient calendar event within Thunderbird 52.4.0 using Exchange Online (Office365).

I have captured the davmail.log file with DEBUG enabled, but it's sufficiently large that I didn't want just to blindly attach it to this ticket. (There's also potentially company-confidential information in it.) It seems to me that this error is generated by the server, so there may be no more information available in the log file to assist with diagnosis.

The fault is repeatable on my installation: it seems that any calendar invitation that involves someone else in my organisation triggers this error, and the calendar event is not posted to the other person.

It really looks like a server error.

Should work better with latest revision: we now rely on server side meeting management (calendar-auto-schedule) instead of the old calendar-schedule RFC
