#627 IMPA server returns incorrect code on authentication failure

If I enter the wrong password when attempting to send email via exchange, the response code is 554: Transaction Failed (which generally means, this email cannot be sent from this server). The attached patch changes the reply to 535, Authentication Failed, which causes MUAs to retry getting the password.

Looks right... this code is more than ten years old and you are the first one to notice it !
including the message typo...
