davmail 4.7.2-2427

Yesterday I tried to select multiple log lines and copy them, but that wasn't possible.
It was possible to copy the log line by line by selecting each line, and pressing Ctrl-C, but there was no copy command in the Edit menu, and no dropdown menu with copy commands.

Desired behaviour:
1. Select the log cells I want to copy with either:
a. Click-and-drag
b. Click and then Shift-click on lines to select all intermediate lines
c. Click and the Ctrl-click to add individual lines
2. Right-click the selection, and select either:
a. Copy
b. Copy with headers
3. Paste the selection somewhere as TAB-separated text

It would also be nice if the File menu contained a save as spreadsheet entry (to transfer log lines with exceptions with stack traces with multiple lines, which don't transfer well into a TAB separated format). Apache POI provides Java support to save Excel files.

(There is the Apache ODF Toolkit for Libreoffice/Openoffice, but that is in incubating and hasn't seen action since 2014, so it may be dead?)

Looks like you tried to extract log statements from LogFactor gui, it's far easier to access davmail.log file directly.
