#520 Can't move or delete messages from Thunderbird in M$-Window$

I recently installed DavMail 4.3 in my ArchLinux, I had DavMail 4.2 installed.

In both versions I have the same issue: I have Thunderbird 17.0.6 installed on M$-Windows$ 7 machines and when I try move messages (from IMAP folders to Local Folders) or delete messages, Thunderbird does it. But after move/delete the messages, Thunderbird launches a warning: "Unable to update message properties" and messages continues in its folders.

The main problem here is because the mailbox is filled, and blocks the send and receive process.

I have the same version in my ArchLinux and works perfectly.

The mail server is M$-Window$ Exchange 2003.

Could you please provide a log file of a single item delete ?

You could try to enable imapAutoExpunge=true in DavMail

I'm attaching a log file where appears the warning: "Unable to update message properties" and one screenshot where appears imapAutoExpunge=true enabled in DavMail. Thank you.

For some reason DavMail is unable to set Junk flag on message:
    14 uid store 324 +FLAGS (Junk)
    Unable to update message properties

=> can you please set WIRE log level to DEBUG and send a new log file to mguessan@free.fr ?

This problem still continues in the current version: 4.3.3-2146.

I think this is related to very old unpatched Exchange 2003 servers where property update fails, in this case PR_SPAMTYPE, see http://www.dimastr.com/redemption/enum_MAPITags.htm

Not sure but this may mean that junk status is not supported on your server ?
