#431 Caldav sync fails on malformed item

Symptoms: iCal was unable to complete sync and remained in offline mode.

Issue: DavMail logs indicated a WARN level message about a malformed calendar item. This seemed to cause the sync to fail.

Expected behavior: Davmail should ignore the malformed item or attribute and continue processing.

Documentation: Logs are unavailable because I a relative path ( ~/logs ) which does not seem to be supported.

Version 3.9.7, Exchange 2003, iCal 5.0.2

log file is indeed available.

Note: on OSX Lion the Library folder is hidden, a simple way to access it is to launch Console (Finder, Go to Utilities), right click on davmail.log and choose Reveal in Finder.
