This will add a bad dependency to build the docs, that's Java.

I don't like to add a dependency to a non free package to build the
docs.

Saxon have not even packages for Linux but a zip, and is not in the most
common distros.

Are there other free software options avaiable ?

Yes, I should do it.

It's enabled by default in the treeview, as it have some support - that
I did not use - to automatic d'n'd.

ITOH the drag icon is ok, and said "you cannot drop" all around.

I'll take a closer look at this, to disable automatic d'n'd on the tree
view.

HKLM\Software\GTK\2.0\Path ?

Is it present ?

If you're not comfortable with the registry, I can guide you or even
send you a script to search for needed values.

Please uninstall the previous package to avoid clashes, even while it's

About the version of gtk:
- the install-directory is C:\Programme\Common Files\GTK\2.0\
- the properties of the file bin\libglib-2.0-0.dll include the version 
string "2.4.5.0"

It's a windows caned message, nothing from cssed.

It seems cssed is not loading properly the required gtk and glib
libraries.

We're ready for a new minor release, so we'll not fix the previous one
as it's ready to be obsoleted.

If you want, I can upload for you a pre-release of cssed-0.3.1 that
fixes lots of issues on windows.

This way you can tell us if the problem is still present, so we could go
for a fix on the new installer, instead of fixing the
ready-to-be-obsoleted one.

If you post here what version of gtk are you using, and you're willing
to take a try to the new installer, I'll build it for you and upload it
to a location where you could download it.

Is it ok for you ?

Yes, it is now uncheckable with Gtk-2.6

I'm not sure if it will stay here too long. In fact this "Always on
top" stuff should be managed by the window manager not the app, and it
will not work in all window managers, so may be it could be removed in a
near future.

As example, with gnome/metacity it's much better to set the "On top"
menu item on the window frame - it can be disabled - instead of the
built-in "On top" functionality.

If I finally decide not to remove it, I will implement a roundabout
to be able to uncheck it, meanwhile 2.6 don't reaches the distros.

No, the behaviour is reproducible when I have written /foo/bar/toto and=20=

click the arrow up button, then it writes //foo/bar.
That does not work if I drag the path to the doc list thereafter.

No, nothing happens, so that I cannot elaborate.

Sorry it works, but I did not know you have to click on the cross, then=20=

I have to wait a very long time to get the drag, and I should put it on=20=

the other cross, otherwise it does not work.

Fixed, untitled documents will not be taken into account when dropping
data, and you can not drag to one list to itself.

Yes sometimes it happens it's written // instead of / and while it's
valid it's used.

But surely it was written after to hit the button, as it only touches
the last part of the path, not the start of it.

I'll  change all this path construction code, to g_build_filename().

I changed it once, but it segfaulted badly.

I've just updated my gtk and glib and I will test it again, so it'll be
fixed soon.

If you're reporting when writting something like "/usr/src" and hitting
the button it get converted to "//usr", please report again as it'll be
a unknown bug.

I've seen in Gtk-2.4 for window this failing also, but working on
gtk-2.2.

What are the symptoms in your system ?

Does the document get closed when you click it and drag out without
releaseing the button ?

document list (to get the new status of file, i.e. saved check box=20
