#477 Link library reorder buttons behave incorrectly on Linux

The two buttons with up and down arrows on the right of the link library list don't behave correctly on Linux:

When clicking on any library in the list, only the "move up" arrow is enabled - the "move down" arrow is greyed out, until the "up" arrow is pressed - and then only lets you move each library down by as far as it was moved up to begin with.

Can you post a sample project and exact and reliable steps to reproduce the problem? There is no need to post the sources only the cbp file should be enough. This is an old bug but I don't know a reliable way to reproduce it :(

Sure, find attached the full (and rather complex) project file that the above screenshot is from - although note that actually all of my projects seem to suffer from this.

To reproduce, simply open build options and click on any link library in any target.
