When I look at the list of supported compilers for Windows (http://wiki.codeblocks.org/index.php/Installing_a_supported_compiler), I find that many of the links are various forms of dead (404 messages, parked domains, etc.). It would probably be a good idea to update the list of supported compilers with active links, if the compilers are even still available.
MinGW GCC C/C++ Free Compiler, including GFortran - Worked so far, well it downloaded anyway.
Cygwin GCC C/C++ Free Compiler - Looks current, but I did not download.
MSP430 GCC C/C++ - web page recommends using http://www.ti.com/tool/msp430-gcc-opensource instead.
TriCore GCC C/C++ - Redirects to company title web page. Product still appears to be available, but not for free.
PowerPC GCC C/C++ - Redirects to title web page. Product may be available after some hunting.
Microsoft's Visual C++ Free Toolkit 2003 - 404 message. No longer available.
