#1326 SVN r13027 Linux workspace does not build

The build failures I have come across so far are (these are in addition to the clangd_client):
1) Spell checker has issues with trying to copy PNG and SVG files when the do not exist.
2) The tools plus copies files into devel and output instead of devel30 & output30

Should be fixed in [r13029] - [r13030], please check.

I will check when Pecan updates some of the files used to build the clangd_client plugin as I am still working my way through the different OS/WxWidget build checks.
