Hi,
I have been having the same issue as ticket #863 and was wanting to know if you have made any progress on resolving this issue and if a fix will be arriving soon, as I am needing to use your software during the current module of my university course.

I would greatly appreciate any assistance.

    I see all the tickets, as does other developers. Posting in multiple duplicated tickets about the same issue won't help your cause. It wastes our time and minimizes the chance for a fix. Sorry.

    Hi, first sorry for logging this new ticket as it seems to have created an issue that could have been avoided if I would have have known the protolocol/rules of submitting said ticket.
    I can assure you that I am not Matthew.
    It may be useful to folk that are new to this, like me (student), to have some clear guidelines on this if possible please.
    I see this fom both angles as I work in tech support myself (not in the coding industry).
    Where I work the more cases that have been sumitted, the higher the priority due to an argumet for 'finantial gain'.
    But as this is open source I don't know how it works, althouh my rather abrupt response was not well recieved, therfore, the only reaon I have commented again is to help Mattew just in case he is shit out of luck like me.
    I also know how bad it can be to recieve multiple complaints about the same issue and as I have seen from the latest addition you guys have indicated that you have a lack of mac sw engineers, coupled with apple turning the screws you are on the back foot so I understand your position.
    So, In short I have summarised a couple of work arounds that I am unsing until the issue is resolved:
    1: use a rasberry Pi but dont install the traditional way, use the cmmd prompt installation version (easily googled but i think i sent you the cmmd line on your ticket).
    2: install vitual box on your mac and run window10VM from a SSD (you will need a product key that costs a small ammount if you will use for more than approx 7 days) but when you download codeblocks dont install, instead, extract and run direcly from the downloaded unpacked zip file location. It is terrilby jittery and not a nice experience but if like me you need it to get through your course then it'll do.
