CIERA Analysis

CIERA Analysis provides tools for examining breeding-trial results, genetic relationships, and crossing strategies.

CIERA Analysis Main Menu

System Requirements

CIERA Analysis requires:

• R version 4.4.2
• A Windows environment variable named R_HOME
• The R_HOME value must point to the installed R directory

For example:

C:\Program Files\R\R-4.4.2

CIERA Analysis may not open when the required version of R is unavailable or when R_HOME is not configured correctly.
