A custom helpdesk and tracking system for use with multiple paying clients and multiple developers and support assistants.

We have always had issues with using multiple systems for our client-facing helpdesk and our development tracking databases.

We have decided to spend some time developing something that suits our needs more specifically, and we are open-sourcing the project so that others may benefit if they find it useful.
