How to compile an exe from the sourcecode

Good Day. I am looking to skin butt lol.. sorry I have to laugh at how it sounds. But for real, are you able to compile the sourcecode from XCode for .exe? I'm new to XCode, my background was in VB.net not C++/Xcode. Any help would be greatly aappreciated.
