#135 intel applications won't run on MacOS 27 (?)

Every time I launch BlueFish 2.4.2 my MacBook Air running MacOS Tahoe 26.6 warns me that BlueFish, and other Intel-based software, will not work on future versions of MacOS--I assume they mean MacOS ??? 27. I know that years ago there was no one maintaining BlueFish for Mac--see https://sourceforge.net/p/bluefish/tickets/71/. Is this still the case? Or regardless, will a version of BlueFish be devloped to run on Mac ARM in the foreseeable future? I'll be majorly bummed if not.

the code works on ARM, but I need access to a Mac with ARM processor to create a package.

I got a confirmation on the mailinglist that somebody managed to create one using the instructions on the website, see https://sourceforge.net/p/bluefish/mailman/message/59371374/
