Good Evening A-Team. I'm compiling Audacity for Windows, and over the last few weeks I've checked out the most recent version of Audacity several times, and compiled under MS Windows with similar results: the compiled version is different to the 'executable download' in that ALL the control buttons are shown on startup, so the Rewind, Play, Stop & Ffwd buttons are disabled but the Record button is active. I get a user-breakpoint called when I click Record and also when I open a track (enabling the other buttons) and try to play it. I have used the commands : cvs -d:pserver:ano...@cv...:/cvsroot/audacity login cvs checkout audacity I've tried to get a stable audacity-old also but not all the required libraries are CVS'd along with it. I have tried to get WinCVS working but I'd rather spend time getting to know Audacity - CVS seems pretty complex from a non-unix POV. Any help on the CVS commands would be appreciated. I have also tried cvs -z3 -d:pserver:ano...@cv...:/cvsroot/audacity co audacity cvs -z3 -d:pserver:ano...@cv...:/cvsroot/audacity co -r audacity-0_9-branch audacity-old Any suggestions greatly appreciated Cheers Henry Venn http://digital.yahoo.com.au - Yahoo!
