There are instructions for compiling on Windows in the file
/win/compile.txt. This should help you get most of the way there.

But, I have followed these instructions recently and gotten all types of
linking errors after compilation, dealing with wx files. It has happened
on multiple computers, so it is somewhat consistent. Has anyone else
experienced this, or know the magic bullet to fix it?
