[Audacity-translation] Afrikaans translation

Hi list,

I've just about completed an Afrikaans translation of Audacity. Small things
need to be reviewed, but I'd like to submit it before something happens to me
:-) Having it in CVS will give me great peace of mind. I already consider it
pefectly usable. Should I simply post it here, or do I need to apply for CVS
access?
