Hi, I'm back from vacation.

Please feel free to email me the source code to the effect - just the
.cpp
and .h file for the effect is fine, I can make the other changes so that
it shows up in the menu.  Send the files to me personally, not to the
list.

If you're interested in CVS access so you can make changes directly in
the future, let me know your Sourceforge username.

In general, things like effects are easy to integrate, so emailing them
to me is fine, but if you want to make intricate changes to other source
files I'd prefer a patch or that you work on CVS directly.
