[Audacity-translation] Audacity YouTube Subtitles Translation

Hi everyone,

Thank you very much for the translations you have sent through to us for
Audacity 3.1.

This may or may not be of any interest to many of you but I thought I would
let you know that we are going to be releasing a short 'What's new in
Audacity 3.1' <https://youtu.be/HpA138b-J9s> video on our new YouTube
channel to coincide with the release of 3.1.

I have included the english captions file (in .sbv format, which can be
opened in notepad or similar) as well as a separate text file that includes
the title and description. If you are interested in translating these,
please send me revised versions of these two files and I will upload them
to YouTube immediately.

Please bear in mind that there is no deadline for these translations and -
of course - no expectations either.
