@Benjamin: Does this mean that if Audacity is still released with FFmpeg
support
enabled, Win/Mac users wanting to use FFmpeg dynamic loading will be
mandated 
to find a new FFmpeg installer?  We currently recommend them to use an
installer 
for FFmpeg 0.6.2.

And your commits to support "older" FFmpeg imply support for 0.8 to 2.2.2
inclusive?
