Hi Developers. I can see from http://wiki.audacityteam.org/w/index.php?title=VST_Plug-ins&diff=21940&oldid=21938 that Galeandrews has added a note about Izotope Nectar plugin being affected by "buffer delay compensation". If you are here Galeandrews on this list, can you please ellaborate a bit on this. I also experience "The start of the processed audio has silence inserted of several thousand samples and a corresponding length is removed from the end of the processed audio." for the iZotope Declicker plugin. For this plugin the delay depends on which algorithm is choosen. It varies from less than a second to up to 3 econds in delay... If anyone has any clue about what this delay is all about or what it is caused by could you please explain as I am interesting in fixing this. I can say that if you use the plugin from the iZotope RX 3 application, no such delay is experienced. Jarl |
