The SF translations are somewhat patchy but see for example: http://audacity.sourceforge.net/help/faq_i18n?lang=ja http://audacity.sourceforge.net/help/faq_i18n?lang=tr http://audacity.sourceforge.net/help/faq_i18n?lang=pt-PT which have good translations but no equivalent Manual translations. The French and Italian FAQ's in the Manual are perhaps "better than nothing" but have not been updated for about 18 months now.
