We can certainly agree to remove neither Click Removal or Beat Finder for now, but I don't think there any contradictions. You're (I think) looking at a putative success rate of 1 in 3 for both Click Removal and Beat Finder. Is a success rate a good decision base on its own? I'm suggesting that there would be lots of complaints if we pulled Click Removal when the only choices are to use Repair manually or buy proprietary software. If we pulled BeatFinder I think there would be very few complaints but more importantly there are superior, free open source plug-ins already available. Yes it would be inconvenient to have to install a VAMP plug-in (assuming we don't want to support VAMP in the plug-ins folder), but what's the time scale on getting a Nyquist replacement? Are you opposed to shipping VAMP plug-ins? Gale > >> When Click Removal has found 1/3rd or more of the clicks, it's still > >> saved significant time.
