Leland, Please hold off on the libraries. Tell us a little of the benefits the libraries will bring. I'm +1 on the other changes, to at least garner comments. Unless Vaughan says no, please go ahead with the other changes. I think new libs can go in in about 2 weeks, if we like the sound of them. This also separates them in time from the other changes making it a little easier to see if the libs rather than the other changes are destabilising Audacity - if that is what happens. --James.
