I think that behaviour is not terrible, but perhaps you should try other apps that record loopback - I think Total Recorder does so? If the output slider cannot be made to do anything when recording, can/should it be greyed out? > I get decent recording levels if I max its volume out, but do NOT have > your speakers on for that. :-) Actually for me the recording level is not a problem now, nor for most people I've asked. The low recording level under WDM-KS when recording stereo mix seems much more of an issue. Gale |
