[Audacity-manual] Steve's page re "Fade and Crossfade"

I've been looking at Steve's page on "Fade and Crossfade"

I'm thinking that page already looks good enough for publication
even though it still requires development.  It can continue to be
developed post-publication.
 
It seems to me to be very valuable information that should be available 
to our users - and there are  a couple of places in the manual that can 
usefully link to this page.
 
Thoughts?
