Re: [Audacity-manual] SC4 effect

I just messed about with these. One important consideration is what happens
when we have long entries in the list. The third version does not react well
as it is coded. The first to work fine.

Our current version has a problem with long entries - if an entry word wraps
that row in all the columns gets expanded even though there is no text.
