[Audacity-translation] French Translation

I've problems with my computer (thank you bill) after downloading a MS =
update...
And i plan to suspend my translation work for 2 weeks, because i loose =
some data for my work... i hope i can give you a full translated =
software version for the end of this month and i think i will translate =
the manual in the way..... but wich soft may i use to translate the =
manual ??? I never used HTML (no time for it), but i must go to HTML... =
So tell me exactly what to do, and i will give you a full translated =
french version for the end of this month...
