My points were that we had/have a de facto image czar and it was working--we
should continue with <i>someone</i> as pic czar and it requires the someone
to have Win7. Gale and I currently fit that bill--I do not know if any other
editors do.

I plan on helping with the manual but would gladly see another anointed pic
czar! I am hoping to limit my editorial work to my nit-picking reviews of
new material. I am no longer compiling and using/testing SVN HEAD as I
warned Gale a couple of months ago--I run a highly tweaked Audacity built
with MSVC2010 (and the beta -2012) and will very soon also be linking to
wx3.0--this means I am out-of-touch with the program's specifics.
