Audacity is officially frozen for 1.3.14rc1. Gentlemen, build and post
your engines. Vroom!

I forgot the result of this question: Easier those closer to GMT to set
a different time for these?

We're not at step 7 on
http://wiki.audacityteam.org/wiki/Release_Process#Process. Per that,
we're on a 48-hour cycle, so we may release 1.3.14 final in a couple of
days!
