r11286 builds on Ubuntu 11.10 if FFMpeg is disabled with: ./configure --with-ffmpeg=no (no problem with Sequence.cpp ) Using the patch from Gale (1.3.13_ffmpeg_0.8.4.patch) I'm still getting a load of errors and failure with make (default ./configure) Using the patch from Benjamin (libav-0.7.patch) Audacity will build, but FFMpeg fails to load.
