[Audacity-devel] Chirp Default Parameters

Hi

I propose that we change the default Chirp Generator Amplitude End 
value to 0.1.  This would give new users an idea of what that 
parameter does.

I appreciate that this would mean a new image in the manual, but do 
not know if it would cause any other hassle at this point.

Opinions?
