[Audacity-devel] SVN and empty files

Does anyone else have this problem?  Every so often on a clean checkout 
to an empty directory, I get 2 files from libid3tag that are empty. 
Deleting them and then doing an "svn update" recreates them.

But, why are the zero length on a clean checkout??????
