Oh dear, we seem to have a Mac-speak versus Windows-speak divide. I have a key labelled "delete". It is probably really a "backspace". I have another key labelled "delete [x>" which is a "forward delete", and may be what you think I meant when I wrote "delete key". So, for all my original descriptions, substitute "backspace" for "delete". That works. But that's slightly different. The exact range of the region label is selected and responds to the backspace key. -- Bill |
