Yes I have checked the Beta manual and we are consistent.  I found 2 instances 
where capitalization was not used, so I corrected that for consistency.

I also checked the Wiki and we seem to be consistent there too.

There are a few instances in postings in the Forum where "Track Control Panel" 
is used.  Should we be editing those for consistency?
