[Audacity-devel] toggling snapping

Hi,

A user complained in our RU forum recently that there used to be a
snapping on/off options a while ago which now appears to be removed.
That is, there is no (at least easy to find) way to disable snapping.
Was it architectural decision? Many other applications allow
temporarily disabling snapping by pressing a particular key (Shift,
usually). Would it work for us?
