What a nice, friendly thread!  Hooray for nice friendly threads!

todo.txt may contain some good ideas, and does first link to the wiki. 
  I think todo needs cleaning rather than deleting at this point. 
What should we delete from there because they are either done, or on 
the wiki somewhere?  What is left should probably go onto 
Feature_Requests, since there surely can't still be bugs from that 
long ago that aren't either fixed or not important.

I don't have the time to do that, but it needs doing.
