You shouldn't be hitting generic/FileDialogPrivate.h, because you are
using wxGTK, and should use gtk/FileDialogPrivate.h. This normally means
that you are missing the gtk+ development headers.

As above, because we have some custom add-ons to wxGTK, we need the GTK
headers as well as the wxGTK headers.
