[Audacity-devel] 1.3.6 rc1 bug: select left and right at playback position

Hi,

Running 1.3.6 rc1 on Vista sp1:

If I start playing a track, press pause, then select left or right at
playback postion ( [ or ] ), then sometimes the selected position
moves forward by about 0.05s from the paused position. It happens
maybe a bit less than half the time. This was on a track about 5s
long.

I've tested quite a bit of the keyboard user interface, and havent'
found any other bugs (yet).
