[Audacity-devel] score alignment

I've been out of the loop for awhile, so I thought I would just post a 
short status report.

I got a version of midi-to-audio score alignment with midi playback 
running in time for demos at the ISMIR conference last month.

I need to do some testing on other platforms, add a progress bar, and 
set up in interface to choose MIDI devices based on the interface for 
choosing audio devices, so there's still a fair bit of work to be done. 
Doing this for the new beta release is/was out of the question, so I 
will wait for things to settle down there before committing a lot of new 
code.

On the positive side, the feature works well, it will be unique to 
Audacity, and I'm still enthusiastic about it.
