[Audacity-devel] FFmpeg export GSM, AMR and MP4 on Windows

Hi LRN

Before your provisional fix for this, I got a null file or no export 
when exporting GSM-WAV or either AMR (no warnings). Now I 
get 

(AMR) 
FFmpeg cannot find audio codec 73728.
Support for this codec is probably not compiled in.

(GSM WAV) ditto, but 86049 not found. 

MP4 has similarly exported null files before but now gives the above
warning with 86018. WMA export still works fine.

Prefs sees FFmpeg 51.57-2. I use Leland's:

containing just avformat.dll.
