[Audacity-devel] Windows project files need a little work as well

Some of the targets get placed in directories that the link isn't looking 
in.  Also, if we intend jumping to DLLs instead of static, then we'll need 
to redo several of the configurations.  wx2.8.4 will probably also 
introduce a couple of minor change requirements.
