Dominic, thanks for your response. Makes total sense that we can't 
eliminate all the Visual C++ debugger's "memory leaks" with all the lib 
dependencies, & I wasn't aware (or didn't recall?) that Visual C++ 
debugger's "memory leaks" dump is questionable. I think they're small 
allocations, including those from xlisp (those are just numerous), and 
that makes sense. So, I'm happy to consider it closed, unless you'd like 
to move it to the dev list.
