Roger, I have been using Nyquist in Audacity exclusively now for several months, and had not realized there were such warping example files already written. My purpose with using Nyquist is in writing plug-ins which people in the general public can use, without needing to know or understand Nyquist or other computer languages. Which is so with the turntable effects. As for what sounded like possibly changing to a different language for making plug-ins, personally I'd like to stick with Nyquist, as that's the only language I have learned for sound synthesis and editing. I'd like to keep that option open - please don't discard it! Thanks David On Tue, 30 Nov 2004, Roger B.
