Looks promising. I can envelope a clip and then repeat it, and I can repeat a selection without creating a new clip. One minor issue with the area selected. If I'm sloppy selecting my whole clip and select a chunk of empty track after the clip ends, then the selection after repeating starts at the old selection end point, not the start of the repeated data, because the repeated data starts at the end of the clip, not the end of my selection. Shouldn't the new selection start be the same as the start of the first pasted clip? We definitely have a problem with envelope joining, because if I try and loop part of an enveloped track I get a wx assertion error (I'm running a debug version of wx). I think this is tied up with the other problem you mention, though, so we can probably ignore it until that is fixed. Richard |
